Question 1

Are your products 100% genuine?

Accepted Answer

Yes, all our products (including lenovo-thinkpad-t490s-8th-gen-core-i5-or-i7-up-to-16gb512gb) are guaranteed to be original and genuine. We source our electronics directly from manufacturers or authorized distributors. We do not sell counterfeits or refurbished items sold as new.

Question 2

How long does delivery take?

Accepted Answer

Nairobi & Environs: Same-day delivery is available within Nairobi for eligible orders, where stock is on hand and payment is confirmed earlier in the day. Otherwise Nairobi orders are typically delivered the next business day.

Other parts of the country: We deliver to every county in Kenya through trusted courier partners. Orders to major towns and cities typically arrive within 1 to 3 business days of dispatch; more remote locations can take a little longer depending on courier coverage.

Delivery is arranged through Uber Courier, Wells Fargo or Easy Coach. Charges depend on delivery distance and the product's weight and fragility. After you submit an order request, our team confirms the courier charge and full payable total. You can accept or decline the quote. Payment is requested only after you accept it, and dispatch follows payment confirmation.

Question 3

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept M-Pesa and card (Visa and Mastercard).

Question 4

What if the product I want is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

You can place a Pre-order. Pre-ordered items are imported and typically delivered within 3 to 7 days.

Question 5

What is your return policy?

Accepted Answer

Eligible products may be returned within 3 days of delivery. If a product arrives faulty, damaged in transit, or is not what you ordered, we repair, replace or refund it and collect it at no cost to you. Change-of-mind returns are accepted only as an exchange for a different, higher-priced product, with the customer paying the price difference. Cash refunds are not available for change-of-mind returns. Contact us within the window and we will arrange collection.
