Shopping with Umoja
Umoja Marketplace supplies electronics to customers in Kenya. Contact our team for business information, product questions or assistance with an order. This page explains customer support and protection arrangements; it is not a certification of legal compliance.
Products and warranties
Check the product description for model, condition, included accessories and any stated warranty. Warranty availability and coverage depend on the product and applicable terms. Ask our team to clarify before ordering if a detail is missing. Keep your order confirmation for support.
Payments and fraud prevention
Choose an available payment method at checkout. Online card payments are handled through hosted checkout and confirmed server-side. A payment screen alone is not proof that an order has been paid. Contact us if you were charged but cannot see confirmation, and avoid making a second payment while we investigate. Staff should not request your PIN or card security code.
Delivery and charges
Read our Delivery & Shipping Policy for current coverage, timing and charges. Confirm delivery costs with the team before dispatch. Delivery estimates depend on stock, location and courier coverage. This page does not create an additional free-delivery promise.
Returns, refunds and statutory rights
Our Return Policy explains the procedure for faulty, damaged or incorrect items. Contact us with the order reference and a description of the issue. Business policies and manufacturer warranty terms do not remove rights available under applicable Kenyan consumer law.
Resolving a complaint
Contact info@umojamarketplace.co.ke with your order reference, the issue and the outcome you seek. Do not include payment secrets. Keep copies of your correspondence. If the issue remains unresolved, ask for escalation to the person responsible for customer complaints. Privacy concerns can also be raised with the ODPC.
Privacy and accountability
Our Privacy Policy explains information collected, service providers, retention criteria and how to request help. Optional tracking is controlled using “Privacy choices”. We do not claim ODPC approval, store-level payment-security certification or regulatory registration on this page without verified evidence.
