Accepted Answer

Yes, all our products (including hp-elite-dragonfly-max-11th-gen-core-i7-32gb-512gb) are guaranteed to be original and genuine. We source our electronics directly from manufacturers or authorized distributors. We do not sell counterfeits or refurbished items sold as new.

Question 2

How long does delivery take?

Accepted Answer

Nairobi & Environs: Same-day delivery is available within Nairobi for eligible orders, where stock is on hand and payment is confirmed earlier in the day. Otherwise Nairobi orders are typically delivered the next business day.

Other parts of the country: We deliver to every county in Kenya through trusted courier partners. Orders to major towns and cities typically arrive within 1 to 3 business days of dispatch; more remote locations can take a little longer depending on courier coverage.

Delivery charges depend on your location and the mode of transport used to reach you. Once you place your order our team contacts you with the exact delivery charge, so you can accept or decline before your order is dispatched.

Question 3

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept M-Pesa and card (Visa and Mastercard).

Question 4

What if the product I want is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

You can place a Pre-order. Pre-ordered items are imported and typically delivered within 3 to 7 days.

Question 5

What is your return policy?

Accepted Answer

Eligible products may be returned within 3 days of delivery. If a product arrives faulty, damaged in transit, or is not what you ordered, we repair, replace or refund it and collect it at no cost to you. Change-of-mind returns are not covered. Contact us within the window and we will arrange collection.
